THE PERCEPTION OF ELEMENTS OF THE COGNITIVE SYSTEM IN ROBOTICS
Abstract
An analysis of robotic systems within the scope of cognitive science has been conducted. A high-level perception scheme of a robotic cognitive system based on an ascending hierarchical model has been proposed. Perception in various disciplines has been examined to enhance the research of multidisciplinary Cognitive Science. Tasks for cognitive perception regarding adaptability, experience, and multisensory integration in intelligent systems have been defined and set forth.
