The impact of the design and unit power output on the specific economic indicators of high-power three-phase transformers

Abstract

The armor and armored rod designs of the magnetic circuit with layered and continuous windings are investigated. Layered windings and armored design of transformers are shown to be preferred. Proved a clear downward trend in specific weight and economic indicators with increasing power in the unit.
