Using the plans of the "Greek-Latin" squares to study overvoltages when switching asynchronous motors
Abstract
The study of overvoltages when the asynchronous motor is disconnected from the mains in the idle code mode was conducted on 4A series motors. Using the plans of the "Greek-Latin" squares made it possible to estimate the effect of the value of the wave impedance of the engine, the time to solve the starter arc, the phase switching mode and the supply voltage on the maximum overvoltage. The results can be used for further research of the influence of these factors and prediction of the durability of asynchronous motors.
