Reliability of electrical equipment handling cranes
Abstract
An analysis of the reliability of electrical equipment for gantry port cranes has been made. It is shown that the change in the failure rate is close to the normal distribution laws. The effect of seasonality on the failures of various groups of electrical equipment is analyzed, a quantitative analysis of the mechanisms, as well as contact elements in the stator and rotor circuits is carried out. The conclusion was drawn from the expediency of replacing contactless contact equipment in such mechanisms.
