Equalizing currents in the parallel branches of the pole-switched AC windings.
Abstract
Defined conditions for equalizing emf in short-circuited winding loops. Values of emf ∆Е are found analytically based on the results of a harmonic analysis performed for the winding when turned on at different speeds. Under a number of assumptions, it is believed that in the working range of the slides, the emf value is ∆Е is determined quite accurately by the flow of the working harmonic and remains unchanged in this range, and the effect of equalizing currents is estimated based on the principle of stepping.
