Some issues of designing armored transformers.
Abstract
The method of calculating the optimal transformer armor design. As a criterion of profitability, a minimum of full annual costs is taken. The calculation data for a 63000 kva double-winding armored transformer with a voltage class of 110 kV are given, and a technical and economic comparison is given with transformers of the same core design and with a branched yoke. The materials of the article can be useful in deciding on the choice of the design of transformers of maximum power, taking into account the fit in the railway gauge. Tab. 2, ill. 1, bibl. 3
