Problems of limiting short-circuit currents in the power supply systems of industrial enterprises in the construction of its own power plant
Abstract
In the construction of a gas turbine power plant (GTPP) at the operating plant and the distribution of power at the generator voltage, short circuit currents in the 6 (10) kV network significantly increase. Their restriction by reacting leads to difficulties with the launch of powerful engines. The transfer of power from a GTPP at an increased voltage in terms of current levels has advantages, being practically equivalent in magnitude to the loss of power in the network and in economic terms.
