Linear piezoelectric engines with code control.

Abstract

The possibility of creating designs of piezoelectric engines with code control for processing microdisplacements is shown. The formulas for calculating the parameters of a piezoelectric engine that performs the functions of a digital-analog converter are given. The amplitude and phase-frequency characteristics of a bimorphic piezoelectric propulsion element with code control are given. Expressions describing the dynamics of a bimorph piezoelectric element with code control are derived and its block diagram is constructed. Il 4. Bibliography: 3 titles.
