Additional losses in the rotor winding bars of a gas-free synchronous machine.

Abstract

The method of calculating the additional losses in the conductors of the stator winding from eddy currents is given. The results of some computational and experimental studies of the windings, the stator of a 3.5 kW synchronous machine, made of elementary and solid conductors, are given. Il 3.
