On the transfer of radial electromagnetic force waves from the air gap to the yoke of the stator of a three-phase asynchronous machine.
Abstract
The article deals with the question of the transmission of an arbitrary radial force wave from the air gap to the stator yoke of a three-phase asynchronous machine. As an initial condition, it is assumed that the force wave arises along the effective width of the tooth and is transmitted to the yoke through the cross section of the tooth leg. Through harmonic analysis, it is shown that, along with the force wave of the order of the air gap wave, both higher and lower harmonic (subharmonic) force waves arise in the yoke. Therefore, the force waves of the air gap, whose order is close to the number of stator teeth, can cause lower order force waves in the yoke. It is shown that the force waves of the air gap, whose wavelengths are multiples of the tooth width at its base or the effective tooth width, are not transmitted to the yoke. Figures 3.
