Abstract

The article describes the applied methodology and the results of the calculation of asynchronous short-circuited engines for general industrial use with a capacity of up to 100 kW in the range of 50-400 Hz. The calculations were carried out on the Minsk-2 digital computer. The dependences of the weights and the cost of gearboxes, obtained on the basis of constructive development, are given. The curves of dependencies of the scales and the cost of the gear-motor unit at frequencies of 50-400 Hz are presented. Based on the analysis of the dependence curves of the weights and the cost of the gear-motor unit at different speeds of the output shaft of the gearbox (from 3000 to 50 rpm), conclusions were drawn about the optimal frequency by the criterion of minimum weight and cost. Recommended frequency in the range of 200-300 Hz. At the same time, weight and cost are reduced 1.8-2.2 times. Figures 6. Bibliographic references 5.
