Elastic-viscous product as part of an automated electric drive system.

Abstract

The transfer function of an elastic-viscous product produced on multisection machines is determined, the tension of which is kept constant with the help of regulators controlling the boom of sagging the strip between two adjacent sections. The moving strip of the product is thus included in the electric drive as one of the links in its automatic control system. It is shown that the dynamics of a moving strip with sufficient for practical purposes, accuracy is described by a differential equation of the first order, the coefficients of which take into account the elastic-viscous properties and the specific weight of the material, as well as the force of pressing the tension sensor. The results can be used to study the system of multi-motor drives on analog machines. Figures 1. Bibliographic references 6.
