The concept of the project in the information technolog2 area describes the process of soft0are development in the form of the life c2cle, presenting it as a sequence of stages. In turn, give one's attention to assessing the qualit2 of the soft0are during its life c2cle. Relevance of this article to justif2 the needing to considering the requirements for soft0are 0ith taking stock are set at each stage of qualit2 characteristics.
