TARGETED FORMING OF RANKING SPACE OF UNIVERSITY EVALUATION

Abstract

The problem of ensuring the adequacy of the university evaluation by ranking systems is considered.
The evaluation university process with ranking systems is considered as a process of complex objects evaluation. The
converted space of university evaluation is proposed, its basic properties are considered. A method of the targeted space
forming for university evaluation is proposed that allows comparing the ranking system of universities, and ensuring the
adequacy of the evaluation results.
