Abstract

The effect of the transverse response of the armature on the nonlinearity of the output characteristic of a dc tachogenerator is investigated. The dependences obtained allow us to calculate the nonlinearity of the output characteristic and also to investigate the influence of individual factors on the magnitude of the nonlinearity.
