Determination of the likely values of the average temperature of the valves during the cyclical operation of the inverter drives.
Abstract
The issues of heating up thyristors during cyclic operation of thyristor frequency converters are considered. Using correlation equations, the dependence of the thyristor temperature on current and operation cycles of the converter is derived. Statistical analysis revealed that the correlation equation of the hyperbolic type most closely matches the graph of the dependence studied. A comparative analysis of the results obtained by experimental and calculated by.
