DC drive with pulse-width converter and low-speed motor.
Abstract
The static and dynamic characteristics of a series of high-speed thyristor electric drives of the ETSHS type with pulse-width converters and low-inertia motors are presented. It is shown that the method of harmonic linearization of the main non-linearities of the pulse-width converter allows to calculate the frequency characteristics of a non-linear closed drive system. The influence of the dead zone of the pulse-width converter and the magnitude of the voltage of the power source on the dynamic parameters of the drive has been studied.
