Abstract

The development of hardware and software technologies in the last decade has made possible the widespread adaptation of automated dwelling control systems, under the general title "smart house". However, in practice,
the individual nature of implementing such systems, the use of technologies that require expensive installation work, as
well as the expensive hardware and software is a significant deterrent to the widespread implementation of such systems. Standardization of such systems, the use of lower-cost technologies will make the living premise automation systems more accessible to the common man. Web-service and bluetooth aided restricted area access management information system was considered. The system is based on the use of cheap wireless data transmission technologies and
smartphone running Android. Some practical aspects of the development of the system were considered, in particular,
software at the remoted server, the question of choice of hardware devices, the functionality of the mobile application
