Abstract

The calculation of the transient process when the metal enters the cage is shown. It is shown that the tensions in the rolled metal significantly affect the nature of the transient processes in the electric drive. It has been established that the greatest dynamic forces in the rolled metal occur when the ratio of the speeds of adjacent stands satisfying the free rolling condition. roll-strip-roll systems.
