Method of selecting the power of the electric motor with short-term mode of operation.

Abstract

An engineering technique for selecting the power of a drive motor with a short-term mode of operation has been proposed. Calculation formulas are given for reducing (recalculating) the engine power from the actual operating time to the standardized one and determining the heating time constant from its catalog data. The technique is illustrated by an example of calculation. Ill. 2.
