Abstract

The formulas for calculating the magnitude of the boundary and critical transition resistance from the rotor winding rods to the steel package in asynchronous short-circuited electric motors with groove bevel are derived. The obtained formula for calculating the maximum additional losses caused by transverse currents. Analyzed ways to reduce the magnitude of losses from transverse currents. Comparison of calculated and experimental data is carried out on the example of the AO2-71-4 electric motor. Tab. 1, ill. 1, bibl. 7
