Stand for testing globoid gearboxes in intermittent operation.
Abstract
The scheme of the stand and the principle of its work. The bench operates in a closed circuit, the loading is electric. The adopted loading scheme is the most progressive, since it allows, due to the recovery of the energy of discharge, to significantly reduce energy consumption and eliminates unacceptable overload in dynamic modes. The stand is designed to test gears operating in continuous and intermittent loading mode and allows you to accurately simulate the load of the gearbox, created with unsteady operating modes of crane mechanisms. The use of automation allows for a long-term fully automatic and reliable operation of the stand with an easily variable cycle time and on-time, as well as the operation of the gearbox when power is transmitted from the driven shaft to the master.
