Control of electric movement of the car-weights on the system thyristor pulse-width converter-motor (TSHIP-D).
Abstract
The weighing carriages that load blast furnaces with charge materials are supplied with a direct current of 220 volts from machine converters, which in contactless control causes the drive to be controlled by the TSHIP-D system with braking by the interlocking of the circuit to the network. A small control range (1:10) and a relatively high motor power (30 kW) predetermined capacitor switching with a parallel circuit. A special feature of the described control circuit is the complete switching of only a linear thyristor, the direction thyristors are switched on together with the linear one, and are locked automatically after the current stops from e. d. self-induction. The calculation and selection of circuit elements is given. Ill. 3, Bible. 2
