Analysis of the mode of operation of one type of devices for the artificial switching of thyristors (under load).
Abstract
The analysis of the operating mode under load of three thyristor switching circuits, in which the thyristor is turned off by connecting a switching capacitor in parallel with a reactor connected in series with a lockable thyristor, has been carried out. Nonlinear difference equations are derived that characterize the operation of devices, on the basis of which algebraic relations are derived for finding the asimitotic values of voltages on a switching capacitor. The resulting relationships can be used to find the optimal parameters of switching devices. Bible. 2.
