Improving the accuracy of operation of contactless acoustic leak detection systems in the equipment of nuclear power plants.
Abstract
The ways to improve the leak localization accuracy in NPP equipment with the acoustic non- contact systems are studied. It is shown that time delay estimation with application of Hilbert transformation of cross-correlation function allows getting more precision results in comparison with existing techniques. The taking into account the local air temperature in the zone of heat-transfer flow improves localization accuracy too.
