OPTIMIZING AN AFRICAN NETWORK: CASE of VIPNET

Abstract

The fundamental idea of the SDN is to make a network programmable, that is to say more able to undergo changes related to requests for services more and more dynamic. The main technique used is the implementation of OpenFlow interfaces so that external applications can directly interact with the network.
