Energy performance of asynchronous electric turning mechanisms.

Abstract

Two types of asynchronous electric drives for the rotation mechanism are considered, which work only in transient modes: rheostat and electric drive with frequency control. Calculations of losses in the engine and energy consumed from the network, made certain conclusions.
