Using hidden Markov models to classifycorporateinformationsystems

Abstract

The issues of building a transactionalmodel of the behavior of a corporateinformationsystem (KIS) user are considered. To buildsuch a model, it is proposed to use the apparatus of the theory of queuingsystems - Markov models. A classificationcriterion for KIS based on Markov models is proposed.
