Optimal tuning of the PI controller with a single-capacitance object

Abstract

The method of setting the parameters of the PI controller with a single-capacitance object with delay and without delay is considered. Graphs are given that allow to obtain the optimal setting either by the minimum of a quadratic integral criterion or by the minimum of the maximum overshoot when the value of the quadratic integral criterion is close to the minimum.
