Reducing the requirements for information reliability in information and measurement systems
Abstract
Peculiarities of estimation of information reliability, that is, the reliability of the results, in information-measuring systems are considered. The approximate nature of the data processed reduces the likelihood of errors that are caused by hardware malfunctions and with significant for the reliability of the results. It is shown that the reliability of the approximate results is much higher than the estimates obtained by the traditional methods of working diagnostics.
