Features of test diagnostics of modules of specialized computing devices

Abstract

The features of the organization of test diagnostics of modules of specialized computing devices are considered from the point of view of the architecture of construction and the requirements for the temporal and parametric characteristics of the subsystems of generating digital influences. An approach is proposed that allows for a scalable and reconfigurable architecture with an unchanged basic control part. The conditions for the possibility of organizing the diagnosis of modules that implement standard data transfer interfaces are indicated.
