Abstract
The analysis of existing methods for finding the minimum of functionals from the point of view of their applicability for the synthesis of the system, providing the minimum dispersion of the arc current when regulating arc steel-smelting furnaces, is given. It is shown that the most frequently used gradient methods for solving such problems and the optimal filter method are inapplicable in this case. It was proposed to minimize this functionality, using the ideas of experiment planning on an analog model. Bible four.
