Optimization of the short circuit voltage of transformers of the 1st and 2nd dimensions.

Abstract

The results and analysis of the results of the study of the optimal short-circuit voltage (Uk) of power two-winding transformers with power from 40 to 400 kVa with aluminum windings and oil cooling are given. The standard values of Uk lie near the upper boundary of the zone of optimal values. It indicates the beneficial effect of reducing Uk on consumer work and discusses the allowable limits for reducing Uk according to the conditions of the apparatus stability of 0.4 sq.
