Abstract

Studies of the technical and economic characteristics of the block transformers of the 500 kV series with changes in the cost of no-load losses and short-circuit over a wide range have been conducted. The possibility of creating a unified series of transformers close to optimal both in operating conditions in the USSR and abroad is shown.
