The mathematical model of an electromechanical automatic control system of rolled bands' flatness of metal based on contactless electromagnetic devices is developed. The block diagram of such system which consists of model of a mechanical part and model of a control system with the frequency shifiers, by the regulators of specific tensions of a band is obrained
