Multipole computational model of a transformer for determining the external magnetic field.

Abstract

Set out a simplified method for calculating the external field of transformers, based on the use of a multipole computational model. The basic mathematical dependences of the multipole model are presented and it is shown that the proposed method gives satisfactory results at distances from the center of the transformer, 2-2.5 times larger than the largest overall size of the transformer.
