The study of the dynamics of information recovery in a trigger with memory.

Abstract

Transients are considered when power is turned on in a trigger with dynamic collector asymmetry. It is shown that the recovery of information can occur only after saturation of the previously locked triode. An equivalent trigger circuit has been compiled for which transient analysis has been performed. The delay time of the output signal, the nature of the change in the induction derivative in a remagnetized core, and the law of change in the collector current of the opening triode are determined. It has been established that to restore information, it is necessary that the unlocking triode should be saturated until the induction of the premagnetized core reaches zero. The results of experimental verification of the above analysis are given. Figures 3. Bibliographic references 4.
