Record the initial variables in the synthesis of parameters of the automated electric drive on the AVM.

Abstract

The execution of the synthesis parameters of the automated electric drive systems requires the introduction of the adan dynamic characteristics ω (t) or M (t) and the formation of the production variables for them and the load moment of the production mechanism, which are the initial ones in the calculations adjustable voltage source, the voltage at the armature of the engine and the second interconnected dynamic characteristics. A method for introducing a time function with a combination of an integrator and a non-linear unit is proposed. A universal block diagram of load shaping as a function of speed, path, time is given. Compiled generalized flowcharts for recording variables when entering dynamic characteristics of ω (t) or M (t). The scopes of each and them are determined, it is shown that the introduction of M (t) is less complicated and gives better results. The issues of scaling are considered and the values ​​of the scale factors of each block are given in the form of a table, which greatly facilitates the solution of problems. Tables 1. Figures 4.
