Properties of thyristors type D-235, D-238 in the mode of pulse control of electric drives.

Abstract

The conductivity of middle power thyristors is investigated by rectangular polution pulses, which are fed to the control circuit. In this mode, the dependences of the change of the switching current and the voltage switching of the conductor pulses on the constant amplitude of the pulses are studied.
