Optimization of parameters of the stepwise positioning process of the moving parts of machine tools.

Abstract

The solution of problems of optimization of parameters of a step cycle of positioning of machine feed mechanisms according to the criterion of minimum duration of a positioning cycle is described. The solution of the problem was obtained taking into account the restrictions on the maximum speed of movement and a given positioning accuracy. Generalized relations were obtained in relative units, nomograms were constructed to determine the values of the velocities at the individual steps of the cycle. Il 2. Bibliogr .: 4 titles.
