DREDGER’S SLURRY DISCHARGE PROCESS AUTOMATIZATION

Abstract

The main ways of increasing the productivity of dredgers are shown. The process of pulp unloading is highlighted as a separate direction. An automated soil erosion system for pulp unloading, which is a combination of interconnected pipelines containing a series of washing holes, is considered. The wireless network of the ground unloading control scheme is described in detail. To ensure the quality of soil erosion in the vessel's hold, the use of a complex pipeline with a system of automatically controlled solenoid valves has been proposed. Based on empirical laws, a valve control algorithm scheme has been formulated.
