COMPARISON OF DYNAMIC QUALITY FACTORS OF AC MOTORS

Abstract

This paper lists calculated characteristics of the value that is defined by the ratio of rotation moment of electric motor to its moment of inertia and determines the acceleration capacityof induction and synchronous AC motors. This value is a dynamic quality factor; it significantly influences the speed of electric motor that uses motor drive.
