FORMING 3D-MODELS OF THE CUTTING TOOL IN THE MACHINE VISION SYSTEM

Abstract

The problem of the forming of three-dimensional models of new and worn cutting tools on the base images from a digital camera, which were got using a special device for providing registration different images types, was considered. The modification method of three-dimensional reconstruction, by introducing additional processing procedures in order to improve the accuracy of three-dimensional representation of the cutting tool at evaluation the degree of wear in the machine vision system was offered.
