Calculation of weighting coefficients in the algorithms of optimal controls of the relay regulators of the positioning valve electric drive.

Abstract

The technique is considered and the formulas for calculating the weighting factors in the algorithms of optimal controls of relay controllers are derived. The weighting factors were calculated based on the initial statistical and dynamic parameters of the power section of the DC valve electric drive. The conditions are given under which it is possible to simplify the calculation and obtain very simple finite formulas that provide an error of computation no more than 5%.
