DETECTION SYSTEMS FOR EXCESS WATER IN MILK

Abstract

A system for testing the presence of excess water in milk. According to the results of experimental studies established the use of a new rapid method for determining water content in milk raw materials and finished products for electromagnetic signal. As an informative parameter is used the amplitude of the output signal in the frequency range 2 - 10 MHz.
