Calculation of heating single-row windings of excitation with a variable current density in the coils.
Abstract
The method of thermal calculation of single-row windings of excitation of direct current machines and pole-pole synchronous machines with a variable cross section of the winding conductors is presented. An example of calculating the coil temperature field is given.
