The annual ELTECS conference began since 2015 and its primary focus has been on research, development and applications within the fields of Electrical engineering, Information Science and Computer Technics and System Engineering. During last years the area of topics has been expanded on Data science and data learning, Dynamic systems theory, IoT and Resilience of electrical power systems.

ELTECS 2021 is addressing the main challenges in electrical engineering, information technologies and using the IoT to enhance the reliability and systainability of the software and hardware systems. Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts demonstrating recent advances in in all areas relevant to these challenges.

Depending on the epidemiological situation, the conference will be held either in online or in a mixed format.

All conference participants, who made a presentation and participated in all breakout sessions receive a certificate of the Odessa National Polytechnic University on advanced training in the amount of 1 ECTS credit, taking into account the time for independent (extracurricular) work on preparing a report and preparing an article for publication.
