Analysis and synthesis of a servo drive with nonlinear elements.
Analyzed and synthesized the structural-functional circuit of the tracking electric drive that most fully meets the requirements and limitations of digital setting devices and semiconductor elements. An analytical description of the processes in the synthesized system with nonlinear elements with harmonic control is given. The dependence of the frequency and amplitude of possible auto-oscillations on the parameters of system links , made some assumptions that simplify the analysis. The proposed tracking system is implemented in Inah thermal cutting. Received good agreement between the results of analytical data and experimental data.
