Abstract

The adaptive multi-start sub gradient clustering method in the 0avelet transformed domain for the case, 0hen cluster parameters are linear function of time, is designed. The convergence of this method in a mean squared sense is proved. The recommendations of step choice are designed. Such method allo0s operative ness of the diagnostics raise. The operative ness of the diagnostics is raised.
