Abstract

The treatment effectiveness of heart attack, brain attack, injury with vast blood loss or trauma with blood supply disturbance of single organs or body part directly depends on the time between pathology occurrence and delivering of qualified (specialized) medical treatment. The faster proceed to the treatment after such group of pathology occurrence, the bigger chance for patient recuperation and less threat for receiving of disability. In practice, the time of medical care delivering depends on a distance between place of pathology occurrence and medical center, which delivers this care. This time can change depends on transportation conditions, road states, OR availability, etc. On top of that, during transportation of wounded man from battle field in winter by the unallotted transport, the last can get hypothermia or congelation.
Proposed multimode container for thermostabilization of patient body allows increasing the time of safety patient transportation in several times. It allows by means of controlled hypothermia essentially re- ducing the intensity of metabolic processes in tissues and raising their endurance to hypoxia. Herewith pro- vides the thermal patient state which is safe for organism. Constructively it consists of thermostabilizing container, control unit of functional patient state and microclimate parameters in the container, control unit of microclimate and elements of supporting the given microclimate conditions. Taking into account men- tioned above pathologies, the unit of functional diagnostics consists of the set of sensors – heart rate, ECG, oximetry, breathing and body temperature in several points. Data of functional state dynamics determine the thermostabilization regime and alarm of critical changes of patient state. These data can be storing to ex- changeable memory card and/or transmitted by wireless to mobile devices (phone, notebook, tablet etc.).
